IIDA Education app

The IIDA Institute Mobile App is an all-in-one platform designed to enhance communication, streamline operations, and provide valuable information to students, teachers, branch managers (BMs), and administrators. The app provides students with easy access to their course information, schedules, attendance, fees, and assignment details, ensuring they stay on top of their academic responsibilities. Teachers can use the app to manage assignments, grades, and student progress, while branch managers and administrators can view and manage student data, fees, and branch performance. The app is a central hub for smooth, real-time information flow and administrative efficiency across multiple stakeholders

Project Objective:

IIDA is an app Institute which provide information to students regarding their Course, schedule attendance and fees it also useful to know new assignment details and upload assignments and tasks. It is not only a student app but also Teacher app, Branch manager(BM) app and admin app which helps admin and BM student details, fees due and there achievement. It also helps admin get the overview of different branches at a short amount of time

Design Elements:

• Course Information: Access to detailed course content, syllabus, and other important materials.

• Schedule & Attendance: View class schedules and track attendance in real-time.

• Fees Management: Keep track of fee payments, due amounts, and payment history.

• Assignments & Tasks: View new assignments, submit completed work, and track task deadlines.

2. Teacher Portal:

• Assignments Management: Teachers can post new assignments, grade submissions, and provide feedback.

• Student Progress: Access student performance data and track individual progress.

• Class Communication: Engage with students through announcements, messages, and reminders.

3. Branch Manager (BM) Portal:

• Student and Fee Overview: Monitor student details, fee status, and payment history at the branch level.

• Branch Performance: Analyze student achievements and performance across different courses and departments.

• Communication & Notifications: Send announcements and updates to students and teachers at the branch level.

4. Admin Portal:

• Overview of All Branches: View data across multiple branches with a snapshot of student attendance, fee status, and academic progress.

• Student Management: Admins can manage student details, assignments, fees, and overall academic records.

• Reports & Analytics: Generate reports on student performance, fee dues, and branch performance, enabling informed decision-making.
